At Vapora, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when returns, refunds, or replacements are accepted and how the process works. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of vape products and hygiene regulations, returns are limited. We accept returns or replacements only under specific conditions.

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing fault (eligible devices only)

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


Items Not Eligible for Return

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Vape pods, cartridges, and coils

  • Disposable vapes

  • E-liquids and prefilled pods

  • Opened or used products

  • Clearance or sale items

Once opened or used, vape products cannot be returned.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if a return is approved by Vapora.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit

  • Cash-on-delivery refunds may be issued as store credit

  • Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days after approval

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Vapora.


Replacement Policy

If your product qualifies:

  • Vapora may offer a replacement instead of a refund

  • Replacement items depend on stock availability

  • Replacement does not extend any existing warranty


How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact Vapora customer support within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and product details

  3. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue

  4. Return the item if requested (unused and in original packaging)

All requests are reviewed before approval.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a Vapora error, return shipping may be covered

  • If the issue is not related to a defect or incorrect item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

Please contact customer support immediately for cancellation requests.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours

  • Provide photos of the packaging and products

  • Claims reported after 24 hours may not be accepted


Important Notes

  • Vapora reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required for all return or refund requests
