At Vapora, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how warranty claims are handled. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


Warranty Coverage

Vapora provides a limited warranty on selected vape devices purchased directly from Vapora. Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear or user-related damage.

Covered Products

  • Rechargeable vape devices (where applicable)

  • Pod systems with rechargeable batteries

Warranty coverage varies by brand and product type.


Warranty Period

  • Most vape devices come with a 7-day to 14-day limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

  • The warranty period depends on the manufacturer and product category.

Please check the product description or contact Vapora support to confirm the warranty period for your device.


What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Pods, coils, cartridges, and disposable vapes

  • E-liquids or prefilled pods

  • Damage caused by misuse, dropping, or improper handling

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Battery degradation due to normal use

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Damage caused by using non-compatible chargers or accessories


Conditions for Warranty Claims

To be eligible for a warranty claim:

  • The product must be purchased from Vapora

  • The device must show a manufacturing defect

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided

  • The serial number (if applicable) must be intact

Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.


How to Request a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product is eligible for a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Vapora customer support within the warranty period

  2. Provide your order number and product details

  3. Share photos or videos showing the issue

  4. Return the product if requested for inspection

Once approved, Vapora will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.


Replacement Policy

  • Approved warranty claims may be replaced with the same product or an equivalent item

  • Replacement does not extend the original warranty period

  • If a replacement is unavailable, store credit may be offered


Important Notes

  • Disposable vapes and pods are not covered under warranty

  • Minor cosmetic issues do not qualify for warranty claims

  • Vapora reserves the right to refuse warranty claims that do not meet policy conditions


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Using vape devices according to manufacturer instructions

  • Charging devices safely and correctly

  • Inspecting products immediately upon delivery

Any issues must be reported promptly.
